The 9th HK Mega Showcase will be held from 24 Dec to 27 Dec. All members are encouraged to have a visit to the exhibition to show our support to the community events.

We are all deeply saddened by the sudden and tragic affects of the natural catastrophe. Since AIESEC is a global students and alumni network, whichever side is in trouble we should invoke our divine blessings of strength and consolation on grieving friends and families.

Thanks to Benjamin Mapochi for contributing his song and lyrics “Blue Blue Sky” written since 2004 in memory of the tsunami incident in Thailand. This dedicated page is created in order to give our blessings and support to our friends in Japan, wishing they can recover as soon as possible.

We have opensource softwares, opensource communities. For example Napster and BT, have you played them? I believe that BT is one of opensource management that the chairman rotates from time to time (under a certain rules).
Nowadays dual CEO is not something weird and soon to be rotational chairman.
When the younger generation are not willing (/are not able) to carry too (/so) many responsibilities, may opensource management help?

近日，政府出了一份分區人口報告，列舉了各區人口教育程度、收入、性別比例等數據。當中有一個有趣的發現，原來灣仔區聚集了最多未婚、高學歷及高收入的單身女性。看到專做女人生意的卓悅控股（653）日前公佈的09年業績，純利大升21%，不禁令人想到，到灣仔開設專門服務女性的生意，或許也是不錯的選擇。

報告顯示，灣仔區住戶去每月入息中位數為全港最高，達到2.7萬元，比起全港住戶入息中位數1.75萬元，高出差不多一萬元。而灣仔區的女性比例亦最高，男女比例為為755比1000。這些女性之中，從未結婚比率為34%，與中西區並列全港之冠。而灣仔女性，具學位學歷人口比率佔30.4%，亦是全港最高。

除了政府的這份報告，上個月，花旗銀行亦發表了一份，有關全港百萬富翁的調查，指出去年中西區及灣仔，富翁人口比率最高，分別達到20%及17.1%。而全港的百萬富翁之中，大約有五成二為女性，比例亦創新高。

高收入港女=高消費力

對於這些未婚的高收入、高學歷女性，內地網民為她們起了一個花名──「白骨精」，即白領、骨幹、精英的簡稱。在香港，近年大家似乎都喜歡用一個帶有少許貶義的名詞──「港女」。不過，不論是「白骨精」也好，「港女」也好，這些高收入而沒有家庭負擔的人，其實也代表了高消費能力，對於商家來說，確實是一個具發展潛力的市場。

女為悅己者容，女性消費總離不開與打扮相關的貨品，難怪大部分自由行女顧客，千里迢迢來到香港，總要到莎莎（178），或卓悅等化妝品店「朝拜」一番。所以卓悅最新公佈的業績亦有不錯的表現，去年營業額增長26.3%，純利1.6億元，按年增21%。

當然，針對女性市場，除了美容產品之外，其他日常衣食住行相關的產品，亦有一定的發展空間。例如內地近期就出現一些，以女性為主題的商場。除了出售女性服飾，還在每層樓，設立「扮靚屋」，由化妝師，教消費者色彩搭配及梳妝打扮。另外還有算命服務，以及專為陪購男性提供的休息區等等。

灣仔區的女性消費市場，具有如此大的潛力，不知道附近的商場，會否也來一個大變革，化身成為女性主題商場？

女性著重感性價值

不過，如果企業希望成功開拓女性市場，就必須先瞭解女性消費有何特色。有研究指男性消費者比較重視產品的功能性，而女性則較重視顏色、外形設計等感性價值。所以如果要在灣仔區開一家針對女性的店舖，商品的包裝及舖面的裝潢，似乎也要下一點功夫。

數年前，筆者就在灣仔看到一家女性飾品店，店舖裝潢頗為精緻，但貨品價格略高。心想著這樣的小店，未必能支撐太久。但經過了四、五年，該店目前依然屹立不倒，且愈來愈旺。相反，在其他區域的同類店舖，通常經營不到兩三年就會倒閉。

分析灣仔區的女性消費群，由於她們的收入及學歷均較高，所以一些中高檔的女性消費品，似乎頗有潛力。未知各大商家會否採納意見，將灣仔的商店變一變。不過若然你是打算創業的年青人，或許也可以考慮到灣仔開展針對女性的業務，相信也是不錯的選擇。

Everyone knows that water is one of sources of life. Water has no shape. If something stops it, it will group together to get away (flow). It’s like freedom of speech. We can’t live without water, and so as freedom of speech.

Water can be a mirror to reflect the subject that is looking into it, but it requires a condition of 「no conditions」 (no disturbance). With a peaceful mind in discussion, AquaPlatform will reflect your real thoughts, all good and bad things.

BTW, women are also kind of water. They have all the characteristics above! Haha…
